Abstract:

The subject of research is the development of a blockchain system for real estate. The paper will analyze the concepts of blockchain technologies with a focus on application in real estate. The paper will present the business model of blockchain application in real estate. A blockchain-based real estate ecosystem model will be showcased. The practical part of the work will cover the design and development of smart contracts for participants in the proposed ecosystem. The PyTeal programming language will be used for the development of smart contracts. The Algorand platform will be used to record transactions. A user application will be developed using React technology. The goal of the work is the development of a blockchain-based real estate system. The developed system should enable the monitoring of business transactions between stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem using smart contracts and a blockchain platform.
