Prof. Dr. Marijana Despotović Zrakić was born in 1977. She completed primary and secondary school in Ruma. She graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, majoring in Information Systems, in 2001. At the same faculty, she completed Postgraduate Master's studies (2003) and defended her doctoral dissertation under the title "Development of Distance Postgraduate Education Methods Based on Internet Technologies" (2006). She was elected assistant at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 2004, assistant professor in 2006, associate professor in 2011, and full professor in 2016.
