 Design Thinking Workshop

On March 30th, Ana Miličević held a workshop on the topic of Design Thinking. During the workshop, she equipped the attendees with core design abilities so that they might develop their creative confidence and also inspire them by simulating a real customer development environment. Led by the main principles of Design thinking, such as empathy, being in the customer’s shoes, and capturing the biggest pain in the customer journey, they got the understanding of how getting deeper into the ideation phase and solution prototyping can prepare them for “what customers need” challenges, and beyond.

During the workshop, Ana showed how putting students and attendees into the role of designers and creators of Web 3.0-based solutions, working in a dynamic team guided by customer insights and by experimental ideation and prototyping can result in creating solutions that are in line with customer necessity. 

Having Ana as a guest lecturer in our workshop left our students with more understanding of how a dynamic way of working can benefit in developing and launching innovative ideas.
